SINO MUD CX BEN (BENTONITE)

CX BEN is a premium grade API standard bentonite.

Application: CX BEN is widely used in the construction and civil engineering industries as a primary filter cake building, filtration control and suspension agent in freshwater systems. It provides great stability and prevents fluids loss during the filter cake building process and is an effective viscosifier in fresh and brackish water. It can also be used as a seal for earthen structures, tunnel boring and foundation drilling and alongside other drilling mud products.

    • SINO MUD CX GEL (BENTONITE)

    CX GEL is a high quality, premium grade bentonite which yield 91-100 barrels of 15cP mud per ton 1.7m3 per 100kg.

    Application: CX GEL is widely used in the mineral exploration, pipe jacking and water well drilling industries as a primary filter cake building, filtration control and suspension agent in fresh water systems. It provides great stability even in poorly consolidated formations and prevents fluid loss during the filter cake building process and is an extremely effective viscosifier in fresh and brackish water. It can also be used alongside other drilling mud products.

    SUPER GEL is a modified high yield; premium grade & 200 mesh sodium bentonite with a special dry polymer additive.

    Application: SUPER GEL is specifically designed for trenchless industries as a primary filter cake building, filtration control and suspension agent in fresh water systems. It provides great stability and prevents fluids loss even in poorly consolidated formation and is an extremely effective viscosifier in fresh and brackish water. It also provides high lubricity to boreholes to further facilitate the installation of underground pipes.

    SUPER POLY is a multi-functional liquid polymer.

    Application: SUPER POLY is widely used as a borehole stabiliser and viscosifier in horizontal and vertical drilled holes. It also provides cuttings encapsulation, clay and shale inhibition. It is an extremely effective lubricity enhancer and can be used alongside other drilling mud products to increase lubricity, viscosity & carrying capacity of air/foam injection fluids.

    CHP is a readily dispersible powdered polymer.

    Application: CHP is designed to greatly enhance core recovery in clay, shale and highly fragmented formations. It provides cuttings encapsulation which stabilizes the formation and also acts as a viscosifier, friction reducer and flocculants while also providing some fluid loss control.
